Women Off Duty is a non-profit organization that empowers women to step outside their comfort zones, embrace their full potential, and build meaningful connections. We provide mindset coaching, resources, events, and a supportive community that helps women grow, gain confidence, and thrive in every area of their lives. We are empowering women to break boundaries, build confidence, and thrive together.

Women Off Duty was founded by two best friends Gigi & Liz who came together for a powerful mission: to connect women and create spaces where they can step outside their comfort zones and tap into their highest selves while leaving their everyday hats at the door. Our moto is simple "Whatever you do make it fun!"
We want every woman who reaches out to us to know she is capable of achieving all goals she sets for herself. Through community, coaching, events, and resources, Women Off Duty empowers women to grow, thrive, and embrace their full potential.
