Meet Yessenia Lajara/ Ms. January
Yessenia Lajara is a Dominican Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR therapist, and inner child trauma specialist. As the founder of Your Healing Bestie, she creates safe and accessible spaces for self-discovery and emotional healing. Through her poetic approach to therapy and teaching, Yessenia reminds us that we are not broken but in the process of remembering our wholeness. Her work invites each of us to tend gently to our wounds, rediscover our light, and come home to ourselves in community.
