Raised in the Bronx with Dominican roots, Veranda is a proud wife, mother of two, and accomplished operations and business leader who believes in the power of ambition, resilience, creativity, love, and continuous growth.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Bask & Lather Co., a rapidly growing beauty and haircare brand, Veranda brings over 15 years of experience in operations and business leadership. Throughout her career, she has combined determination, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning challenges into opportunities to drive growth, inspire teams, and create meaningful impact.

Her journey hasn’t been without obstacles. From personal struggles to navigating challenges surrounding her children’s health, life has taught her the importance of perseverance, positive thinking, and having faith even during the most difficult moments. She believes that while we cannot always control what life brings our way, we can control how we respond and grow from it.

Beyond her career, Veranda has a deep love for creativity and the arts, particularly painting and poetry. She’s passionate about traveling, financial independence, and making meaningful memories with her family. She believes creativity inspires innovation and allows us to see possibilities where others see limitations.
