Women Off Duty Spotlight

We at Women Off Duty are delighted to shine a light on the remarkable women in our community. Each month, we honor a woman whose contributions and achievements inspire us all. This page is dedicated to celebrating their stories and impact.

Meet Jessica Torres/ Ms. February

Jessica is a multidimensional creative, entrepreneur, and 2025 Puerto Rican Cultural Pageant Queen, using her platform to inspire change through authenticity.

Born and based in New York City, she is a full-time digital content creator building community both online and offline. Her brand, The Progress Goddess, is a movement centered on transformation, empowerment, and breaking generational cycles, reflecting her personal journey of growth and healing.

Jessica began content creation out of necessity, faith, and vision. Growing up in a home marked by dysfunction and emotional abuse, with limited resources, she turned to her unorthodox dreams to forge her own path. With only a laptop, a phone, and unwavering belief, she created content from her bedroom, reclaiming power and turning pain into purpose. As a Latina from a low-income background, she learned that authenticity opens doors.
